Oakland County Court System

Oakland County is served by the 6th Judicial Circuit Court, one of the busiest circuit courts in Michigan. Michigan's Clean Slate laws allow automatic sealing of certain convictions after waiting periods pass. Misdemeanors can be sealed after seven years. Some felonies qualify after ten years.
